Anchor up for breakfast, hot drink and swim 1 hr
Continue through the creeks to our chosen base for the day 1 hr
Set up base at Stiffkey or remote beach 30 mins
Foraging walk 1 hr 30 mins
Back to the boat for lunch 1 hr
Relax 1 hr
Walk off the marsh and transfer back to Wells 30 mins

↳ If at Scolt Head or Blakeney: set up a base, swim and forage — 2 hrs
Back to the boat for lunch 1 hr

↳ If at Scolt Head or Blakeney: walk off the marsh and transfer back to Wells — 30 mins
↳ If at sea: sail back to Wells
