  • Anchor up for a hot meal, drink and swim 1 hr
  • Continue through the creeks and back to base 1 hr

7–8 hours · a full day exploring the marsh and hidden creeks

  • Anchor up for breakfast, hot drink and swim 1 hr
  • Continue through the creeks to our chosen base for the day 1 hr
  • Set up base at Stiffkey or remote beach 30 mins
  • Foraging walk 1 hr 30 mins
  • Back to the boat for lunch 1 hr
  • Relax 1 hr
  • Walk off the marsh and transfer back to Wells 30 mins
